Welfare Benefits Operations Director - Our Benefits Administration Services group is looking for a leader for the COBRA/FSA practice at Goldleaf Partners, at one of our current locations. This opportunity affords the right candidate the opportunity to join our management team and to develop and grow our COBRA/FSA group to a quality welfare benefits administration practice. We have grown at a quick pace because of the talented people that work together as a team in conjunction with business practices and procedures that enable us to achieve efficiencies and results most companies will never see. Our strategic plans include several new locations to further develop our national presence. We are looking for a positive take-charge leader for this practice to include problem-solving, business management, team building, and internal and external marketing. We want someone who has ideas, and the motivation to execute them. Experience and knowledge of benefits administration specific to COBRA/FSA and related regulatory rules is preferred. However, we believe in hiring the right people with the right character. If you are a strong, positive leader with education, experience and a successful track record, we will consider you.
