Leading With IntegrityMichael E. King, CPA, MBT King has worked extensively with the taxation of, and design & administration of all types of retirement plans, welfare plans, and nonqualified executive deferred compensation arrangements. He has significant experience representing clients on audit and related issues before the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor. King has served as an adjunct professor for the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, and Metro State University, on deferred compensation curriculum. He regularly conducts seminar presentations and delivers his expertise in numerous public speaking engagements. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin system, and a Master’s Degree in Business Taxation, Carlson School of Management from the University of Minnesota. Heather N. Hess In her tenure with Principal Financial Group, State Street Global Advisors, and BISYS Retirement Services, Hess coordinated product development functions, managed large market plans, oversaw block conversions, and supervised relationship management groups. Just prior to leaving BISYS, she was responsible for the mid-market client service team. Her strong teambuilding skills and broad client service and operational experience provide her with unique insights in managing the operations of a retirement service organization. Hess graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the College of St. Benedict. She is active in various industry groups such as ASPPA and Relius user groups. Aaron McIsaac, PHR McIsaac has a broad consulting background ranging from working with large organizations on a national scale to helping small businesses on a local scale. His extensive technical experience gives him the unique insight to integrate human resources “best practices” with organizational development. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with Human Resources concentration from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. |
