COBRA Administration
Along with always keeping you informed
as we track and monitor your COBRA participants we will
also:
Monitor eligibility - we confirm account balances
and verify eligibility through the FSA program, if applicable.
Communicate with the employee - we notify each
new employee of their rights to COBRA, and upon a qualifying
event we notify them about their right to elect COBRA
continuation coverage.
Administer the coverage - we collect premiums,
provide monthly statements, submit the premium to the
employer, and terminate the benefit at the end of the
coverage period.
Document our activities - We maintain records
and telephone logs with participants and track monthly
premium payments.
