Your data is safely kept at a world-class data center and protected by some of today’s most advanced firewall, encryption, and data security practices. Your secured data is accessed via a private network connection to the data center that is encrypted and strictly on a one-to-one basis. Our employees have each signed an agreement that forbids even an attempt to “peek” through our multiple layers of security and they only access your plan data on a ‘need to know’ basis. All of your data is replicated to magnetic tape and either kept at the data center in a fire proof safe or deposited daily into an off-site storage vault. Your data is replicated in a near real-time mode between two geographically separated and secured data centers. Spare servers and high mortality parts are stocked so repairs can be made quickly and easily.
